Dolcetto d'Alba Arsiga Beni Tues Batasiolo
The Arsiga is a 100% Dolcetto , Dolcetto created from 4 different vineyards, each have their own characteristics. As a community they have a low yield per hectare.
Typically, the grapes in late September, when they have reached the optimum maturity harvested. After 7-8 days of fermentation, the wine is aged partly in stainless steel vats and partly in barriques. In spring, the wine is blended and then matured yet again 4-5 months in bottle before it goes on sale.
The Arsiga has an intense ruby red color with violet hues. On the nose intense aroma dominated by cherries, fruit compote and vanilla. In the mouth it is full and rich with pleasant tannins.
The perfect serving temperature is 18 ° C and the appropriate courts for Dolcetto Arsiga poultry or risotto.
