The Reserva is a cuvee of Lan from the vine Tempranillo , Garnacha and Mazuelo.
After the grape harvest, the fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks. Through the 3-week maceration, when the skins are constantly submerged, the beautiful color of the Reserve is reached.
After Gäring it matures for at least 1 year in barrels made of American oak and then another 2 years in the bottle until it goes on sale.
The Reserva is bright cherry red in color with a bouquet of red fruits, complemented by subtle oak aromas. In the mouth it is velvety and warm with a long finish.
The best serving temperature is 17 -19 ° C, which are suitable for this wine braised meat dishes, game dishes and medium mature cheese.
You can store the Reserve without problems for 3-4 years.
