Mamertino Antica Tindari from Sicily

At this point I would like to introduce you to a Neuerungenschaft from Sicily:
The Mamertino is a cuvee from the varieties Nocera, Nerello Mascalese and Nero d'Avola, 6 months n the bottle matured. The grapes are fully ripe for the Mamertino and are picked by hand.
It is fruity in taste with an aroma of red fruit and spring flowers in the nose, rounded with a touch of cinnamon.
The mouth is the Mamertino full and round with a pleasant sweetness and velvety tannins.
You can enjoy tuna steak, pasta sauces with dark or medium strong cheeses.
